This Paper Piecing Technique class is an introduction to the fun, exacting way of achieving perfect points and interesting designs.  You will have a knowledge of this process so you can jump right into any paper piecing project!  We will be completing several Woven Star Blocks.


Supply List -
Each student must have a Woven Star Quilt Block Foundation Paper pad
Fabric - Please bring a selection of fabrics in fun colors and also a background color.  The sample shown uses a light background, but you can use whatever color you want.  Fabrics should measure at least 2-1/2" x 4" rectangles for star points and 4" squares for the background color.  Anything bigger than these sizes is ok, just don't go any smaller.
Sewing machine in good working order.  Not the one you never use, the one you are familiar with.  :)
Suggested presser foot - Open Toe Foot, Clear Open Toe Foot.  **Just a suggestion, bring what you have!
Rotary Cutter, Mat, and Ruler
Basic Sewing supplies - scissors, seam ripper, etc.
Glue Stick
Add A Quarter Ruler

If you want to bring a small iron and pressing mat for yourself, feel free to do so.  The classroom irons and boards will also be available for your use.

There is a minimum enrollment of 4 students to hold this class.

Cancellation Policy - To receive a refund for a class you have paid for, you must notify us 24 hours in advance of the first class session.  There are no refunds of transfers to another class if you are a no-show to the class.  Please call us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
